148. The Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister responsible for Social Solidarity and Community Action exercises the functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity, in respect of social assistance provided for in this Act. Order in Council 1176-2025 dated 10 September 2025, (2025) 157 G.O. 2 (French), 5430.
148. The Minister of Employment and Solidarity is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister for the Elimination of Poverty and Exclusion exercises, under the authority of the Minister of Employment and Social Solidarity, the functions with respect to this Act. Order in Council 221-2001 dated 8 March 2001; Order in Council 231-2001 dated 8 March 2001. (2001) 133 G.O. 2 (French), 1789, 1793.
