34. Any person who contravenes section 32 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of

1° $5,000 to $30,000, in the case of a natural person; and

2° $15,000 to $250,000, in the case of a legal person.

For any subsequent offence, the minimum and maximum fines prescribed in this section are doubled.

2° $10,000 to $250,000, in the case of a legal person.

For any subsequent offence, the amounts are doubled.
