112. Subject to section 113, the Authority may, on its own initiative, review any decision made by a delegate of the Authority or a recognized regulated entity, other than an entity recognized as a self-regulatory organization, after having given the delegate or entity an opportunity to make representations or produce documents within the time allowed under section 104.
