85. Subject to section 85.1, the Authority may, on its own initiative, review any decision made by a recognized organization after having given the organization notice in writing of its intentions and granting the organization at least 15 days to present observations or produce documents to complete the file.
85. A person, partnership or other entity directly affected by a decision rendered by a recognized organization may within 30 days apply for a review of the decision by the Authority.
The Authority may review such a decision on its own initiative.
