Versions de la disposition
125.1. Despite sections 124 and 125, the Government may determine the provisions of a regulation made under this Act whose contravention constitutes an offence and renders the offender liable to a fine the minimum and maximum amounts of which are set by the Government.
The maximum penalties set under the first paragraph may vary according to the seriousness of the offence, without exceeding those prescribed in section 125.
