171.2. Every person who contravenes
1°  section 122.3 or 122.4 or fails to observe a condition for carrying on an activity or travelling about in a wildlife preserve prescribed by regulation under those sections on the terms provided for by an order made under section 122.5,
2°  the provisions of an order made under section 122.6,
3°  section 128.6 or an order made under section 128.15 or fails to comply with a condition attached to an authorization issued under section 128.7, 128.8 or 128.9 or a standard or condition of wildlife habitat management prescribed by regulation, or
4°  the provisions of an order made under section 164.2 or an order made under section 164.4,
is guilty of an offence and liable,
(1) in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $25,000 and, for a subsequent conviction within five years, to a fine of not less than $3,000 nor more than $75,000; and
(2) in any other case, to a fine of not less than $2,000 nor more than $50,000 and, for a subsequent conviction within five years, to a fine of not less than $6,000 nor more than $150,000.
In the case of a natural person, the judge may, in addition to sentencing the offender to payment of a fine, sentence him to imprisonment for a term of not more than one year, despite article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1).

171.2. Every person who contravenes section 128.6 or an order made under section 128.15 or fails to observe a condition attached to an authorization issued under section 128.7, 128.8 or 128.9 or a standard or condition of wildlife habitat management prescribed by regulation is guilty of an offence and liable,
1°  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $500 to $20,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction within three years, to a fine of $1,000 to $40,000; in addition, in the latter case, the judge may order imprisonment for not more than one year, notwithstanding article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1);
2°  in any other case, to a fine of $1,000 to $40,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction within three years, to a fine of $2,000 to $80,000.

171.2. Every person who contravenes section 128.6 or an order made under section 128.15 or fails to observe a condition attached to an authorization issued under section 128.7, 128.8 or 128.9 or a standard or condition of wildlife habitat management prescribed by regulation is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to costs,
1°  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $20 000, for a first offence and a fine of not less than $1 000 nor more than $40 000 for any subsequent offence within three years of conviction for an offence under the same provision; in addition, in the latter case, the judge may condemn the offender to imprisonment for a term of not more than one year;
2°  in any other case, to a fine of not less than $1 000 nor more than $40 000, for a first offence and a fine of not less than $2 000 and at least $80 000 for any subsequent offence within three years of conviction for an offence under the same provision.
