40. Every immovable used by the company as a cemetery

a)  (paragraph repealed);

b)  cannot be affected by homologated lines resulting from plans made by municipalities and approved by the courts.

40. Every immoveable used by the corporation as a cemetery

40. Every immoveable used by the corporation as a cemetery

a)  shall be de jure exempt from the staking of mining claims and cannot be included in a mining concession;

b)  cannot be affected by homologated lines resulting from plans made by municipalities and approved by the courts.
