123.19. At the organization meeting, the directors may

1°  make general by-laws;

2°  appoint officers;

3°  adopt all measures respecting the banking arrangements of the company.

123.19. At the request of the incorporators or the company, the Director shall assign to the company as its corporate name a designating number determined by him.
