20. 1.  The executive committee shall be presided over by the bâtonnier of the Province of Québec.
2.  Six members of the executive committee shall constitute a quorum; its decisions shall be taken in accordance with the third and fourth paragraphs of section 100 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
3.  In the case of a tie vote, the chair shall give a casting vote.
