is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,400 to $24,010 in the case of an individual and $12,004 to $300,123 in the case of a legal person.
On a subsequent conviction, the fines are doubled.

2° contravenes section 129.2.2,
is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,292 to $22,926 in the case of an individual and $11,462 to $286,568 in the case of a legal person.
