A-33.02 - Act to increase the number of zero-emission motor vehicles in Québec in order to reduce greenhouse gas and other pollutant emissions

33. A motor vehicle manufacturer that
1°  fails to report any information determined by regulation under section 10 or fails to report it in the prescribed time; or
2°  provides false or misleading information for the purposes of this Act or the regulations
is liable to a fine of $15,000 to $3,000,000.

33. Anyone who fails to provide information or documents required under this Act or necessary for its application, or fails to file them in the prescribed time, commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 in the case of a natural person and of $6,000 to $600,000 in any other case.

Anyone who fails to provide information or documents required under this Act or necessary for its application, or fails to file them in the prescribed time, is liable to a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $100,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of not less than $3,000 nor more than $600,000 in any other case.
