18.1. A monetary administrative penalty of $5,000 may be imposed on a motor vehicle manufacturer that fails to report any information determined by regulation under section 10 or fails to report it in the prescribed time or that provides inaccurate information or an incomplete document for the purposes of this Act and the regulations.
