411. The meeting of the member companies and auxiliary companies is composed of directors from the companies. The number of directors that the companies may designate for this purpose is determined by the federation’s by-laws. Each director so designated is entitled to only one vote.
The directors who represent the auxiliary companies may not exercise together more than 30% of the voting rights at a meeting.
