96. No one shall be entitled to a research scholarship if, in the opinion of the Fonds de recherche du Québec established pursuant to the Act respecting the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie (chapter M-14.1),
1°  he is not domiciled in Québec;
2°  he does not have a working knowledge of the official language of Québec;
3°  he is not pursuing, for a university body or for an institution, research in connection with one of the health sciences.

1°  he is not domiciled in Québec;

3°  he is not pursuing, for a university body or for an institution, research in connection with one of the health sciences.

3°  he is not pursuing, in a university body or in an establishment, research in connection with one of the health sciences.

1°  he is not domiciled in Québec;
2°  he does not have a working knowledge of the official language of Québec;
3°  he is not pursuing, in a university body or in an establishment, research in connection with one of the health sciences.

a)  he is not domiciled in Québec;
b)  he does not have a working knowledge of the official language of Québec;
c)  he is not pursuing, in an establishment affiliated with a university or in a university body, research in connection with one of the health sciences.
