83.66. The Société shall reach an agreement with the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail to establish a procedure for the processing of claims filed under the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) by any person contemplated in section 83.65.

The agreement must make it possible to

1°  distinguish between the damage resulting from the new event and the damage attributable to the accident;

2°  determine the entitlement to and the amount of the benefits, compensation or indemnities payable under each of the applicable Acts;

3°  determine the benefits, compensation or indemnities each body is required to pay and specify the cases, amounts and conditions of reimbursement among them.

The Société shall reach such an agreement with the Minister of Justice as regards the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20) and the Act to assist persons who are victims of criminal offences and to facilitate their recovery (chapter P-9.2.1).
