18.3. The Régie and the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail shall agree on a mode of processing claims under the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001), the Act to promote good citizenship (chapter C-20) or the Crime Victims Compensation Act (chapter I-6), made by any person referred to in section 18.2.

The agreement must make it possible to

1°  distinguish between the damages resulting from the new event and those damages that may be attributed to the accident;

2°  determine accordingly the entitlement to and the amount of benefits payable under each of the Acts applicable;

3°  determine the benefits each body shall pay and specify the cases, amounts and conditions of reimbursement among them.
