Tariff of fees respecting the lobbyists registry

Lobbying Transparency and Ethics Act

(chapter T-11.011, s. 66, pars. 4 and 7).

The amounts prescribed in the Tariff have been indexed and rounded pursuant to the notice published in Part 1 (French) of the Gazette officielle du Québec of 8 January 2022, page 43. (ss. 1, 3, 4, 5) (Effect from 1 January 2022)

1. A fee of $179 is payable for the filing of an initial or renewal return in the lobbyists registry.

However, a registration transmitted electronically is free of charge.

2. A notice of change is filed in the registry free of charge.

3. A fee of $5.95 is payable for the issue of a statement of registration.

A fee of $17.90 is payable for a record of registrations under a lobbyist’s name.

4. A fee of $17.90 is payable for each copy or extract of a return or notice of change issued by the Registrar.

5. The fees referred to in sections 3 and 4 shall be increased by $5.95 where the statement, record, copy or extract is certified by the Registrar.

6. Consultation of the registry is free of charge.

7. The fees under this Regulation must be paid before the Registrar provides the required service.
