Regulation respecting the applicable amounts for the purposes of the authorization required from the agency for certain work relating to the immovables of a public institution or a private institution under agreement

Act respecting health services and social services

(chapter S-4.2, s. 505).

1. Every public institution or private institution under agreement must obtain prior authorization from the agency concerned before carrying out construction, enlargement, development, conversion, demolition, reconstruction or major repair work on its immovables where the estimated total cost of the project is less than $20,000,000.

Such prior authorization is not required for development, repair, improvement or maintenance work the cost of which is less than the amount determined in the first paragraph and which requires no borrowing for its financing.
