Regulation respecting the implementation of the provisions on industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the Agreement on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Republic of Finland
Act respecting occupational health and safety
(chapter S-2.1, s. 223, 1st par., subpar. 39).
1. The benefits of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) and the regulations made under the Act are extended to any person covered by the Agreement on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Republic of Finland, concluded on 30 October 1986, appearing in Schedule 1 to the Regulation respecting the implementation of the Agreement on Social Security between the Gouvernement du Québec and the Government of the Republic of Finland (chapter R-9, r. 18).

2. The benefits apply in the manner prescribed in the Agreement and the Administrative Arrangement appearing in Schedule 2 to that Regulation.
