Regulation respecting the weighting applicable to the selection of foreign nationals

Act respecting immigration to Québec

(chapter I-0.2, s. 3.4).

1. The weighting of the factors and criteria in the Selection Grid for the Economic Class in Schedule A to the Regulation respecting the selection of foreign nationals (chapter I-0.2, r. 4), the cutoff scores for certain factors or criteria and the passing scores for all factors that apply to a foreign national, with or without an accompanying spouse or de facto spouse, who applies for a selection certificate are, per subclass of immigrants, as follows:

2017

(M.O. 2017-010) SECTION 2. An application for a selection certificate filed with the Minister before 24 October 2017 in Subclass I “Skilled worker” is examined according to Criterion 8.2 of the Regulation, as it read before that date.

(M.O. 2017-002) SECTION 2. Despite the provisions of this Regulation, section 1 of the Regulation respecting the weighting applicable to the selection of foreign nationals, as it read before 8 March 2017, continues to apply to applications filed with the Minister before that date and whose preliminary processing has started.

(M.O. 2015-011) SECTION 2. This Regulation applies to applications being processed on the date of its coming into force (2015-08-05).
