Regulation respecting fees related to special permits
Highway Safety Code
(chapter C-24.2, s. 463, 2nd par.; 2008, c. 14, s. 54, pars. 1 and 2).
The fees prescribed in the Regulation have been indexed as of 1 January 2025 pursuant to the notice published in Part 1 (French) of the Gazette officielle du Québec of 4 January 2025, page 6. (s. 1)
1. The fee exigible is $13.20 for the issue of a special permit and $5.35 for its replacement.

2. The fees provided for in section 1 are adjusted by operation of law on 11 February 2019 by the rate provided for in section 83.3 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A-6.001). The first paragraph of section 83.5 of that Act and the Regulation respecting the rounding off of adjusted fees (chapter A-6.001, r. 0.1) apply to that adjustment.
The Minister of Transport publishes the results of the adjustment in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
For the purposes of the first paragraph of section 83.4 of the Financial Administration Act on 1 January 2020, the adjustment provided for in section 2 is deemed to have been made under section 83.3 of that Act.
