Ministerial Order concerning the fine to which a person who contravenes paragraph 9 of section 386 of the Highway Safety Code is liable

1. The application of section 509 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) is suspended in respect of every person who contravenes paragraph 9 of section 386 of the Code.

2. Every person who contravenes paragraph 9 of section 386 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $30 to $60.
