57. A decision of the Commissioner may, upon an application served on the Commissioner, be contested by the lobbyist concerned before a judge of the Court of Québec.
The contestation does not suspend the decision of the Commissioner unless the judge decides otherwise. The contestation is heard and decided by preference.
The decision of the judge is final.
