120. The depositions of witnesses, the representations made to the fire investigation commissioner and the statements or decisions made by the commissioner shall be taken down by stenography or recorded in any other manner allowed before the courts.
The Minister and the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions may require the transcription of the stenographic notes or recordings and obtain a copy of the transcript. Upon payment of the fee prescribed by regulation of the Government, any interested person may also require such transcription and obtain a copy of the transcript.

Upon payment of the fee prescribed by regulation of the Government, any interested person may also require such transcription and obtain a copy of the transcript.
