S-3.4 - Fire Safety Act

1. The object of this Act is the protection of persons and property, except forest resources which are protected pursuant to the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1), against fires of any nature.
For the purposes of this Act, any explosion likely to cause a fire shall be considered to be a fire.
