30. A sports federation or unaffiliated sports body shall provide the Minister with any information required by the latter concerning the carrying out of this Act and with an annual report, in the form and with the content prescribed by the Minister, on the accidents having occurred in connection with the practice of a sport governed by the federation or body and having caused injuries.
