7. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of from 9 to 15 members appointed by the Government, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the Société within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).

7. The Société is administered by a board of directors consisting of from 9 to 15 members, including the chair and the president and chief executive officer.
The Government shall appoint the members of the board of directors, other than the chair of the board and the president and chief executive officer, based on the expertise and experience profiles established by the board. Board members are appointed for a term of up to four years.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the Société within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).

7. The affairs of the Société are administered by a board of directors consisting of the following members:
(1)  a president and managing director of the Société appointed for a term of not over five years;
(2)  eight members appointed by the Government for a term of not over two years.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the Société within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).

7. The affairs of the Corporation are administered by a board of directors consisting of the following members:
(1)  a president and managing director of the Corporation appointed for a term of not over five years;
(2)  eight members appointed by the Government for a term of not over two years.
The members of the board of directors are the directors of the Corporation within the meaning of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).

7. The affairs of the Corporation shall be administered by a board of seven directors, including a chairman, appointed by the Government for a fixed period not to exceed ten years in the case of the chairman and three years in the case of the other members. The members of the board of directors shall be directors of the Corporation within the meaning of the Companies Act.
