Section 73 Disposition versions

73. Contributions relating to the service of an employee while the employee was a member of the pension fund of the officers of education established by Part VIII of the Education Act (R.S.Q. 1964, c. 235), the Teachers Pension Plan or the Civil Service Superannuation Plan are refunded without interest if the service has not been credited under this plan on an actuarially equivalent basis. The same applies to the amounts paid by the employee pursuant to sections 35 and 41.

Contributions relating to the service of an employee while he was a member of the pension fund of the officers of education established by Part VIII of the Education Act (Revised Statutes of Québec, 1964, chapter 235), the Teachers Pension Plan or the Civil Service Superannuation Plan are refunded without interest if the service has not been credited under this plan on an actuarially equivalent basis. The same applies to the amounts paid by the employee pursuant to sections 35 and 41.

Contributions relating to the service of an employee while he was a member of the pension fund of the officers of education established by Part VIII of the Education Act (Revised Statutes of Québec, 1964, chapter 235), the Teachers Pension Plan or the Civil Service Superannuation Plan are refunded without interest if the service has not been credited under this plan on an actuarially equivalent basis. The same applies to the amounts paid by the employee pursuant to the first paragraph of section 24 and section 33.
