333. The president, before refusing to issue a permit to a person or before suspending or cancelling the permit he has issued to him, must notify the person in writing as prescribed by section 5 of the Act respecting administrative justice (chapter J-3) and allow the person at least 10 days to present observations.

333. The president, before refusing to issue a permit to a person or before suspending or cancelling the permit he has issued to him, must give such person an opportunity to be heard. The representations of every person heard on that occasion must be taken down in stenography or stenotype or recorded by any other method authorized by the Government.
