135. Every person who contravenes any provision of the first paragraph of section 9.3 or fails, refuses or neglects to protect a child in his custody or performs acts that may endanger the security or development of a child is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $625 to $5,000.

135. Every person who contravenes any provision of the first paragraph of section 11.2.1 or fails, refuses or neglects to protect a child in his custody or performs acts that may endanger the security or development of a child is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $625 to $5,000.

135. No person may
(a)  fail, refuse or neglect to protect a child in his custody or perform acts that may endanger the security or development of a child;
(b)  publish or release a piece of information making it possible to identify a child or his parents who are party to proceedings other than to enable the enforcement of an Act or a regulation.
Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $625 to $1 225.

Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500 to $1 000.

Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $500 to $1 000.

135. Every person who refuses or neglects to protect a child in his custody or subjects him to physical danger and every person who performs acts that may endanger the security or development of a child is liable, on summary proceeding, in addition to payment of the costs, to a fine of not more than $1,000 or, failing payment, to imprisonment for not more than six months in the case of an individual and not more than $5,000 in the case of a corporation.
In the case of a subsequent offence, the fines provided for in the preceding paragraph shall be increased to $2,000 in the case of an individual and $10,000 in the case of a corporation.
