96. The board of directors may, by resolution:
(a)  recognize and promote local associations of notaries;
(b)  change the model of the seal and the information that it must bear;
(c)  determine the criteria according to which, upon the recommendation of the executive committee, it may confer the title of honorary notary on a notary, or withdraw such title from him, and prescribe the conditions and modalities of its use and the rights and privileges related thereto.

(b)  establish a benevolent fund or a retirement fund for the members of the Order, subject however to the Supplemental Pension Plans Act (chapter R-15.1).
