70. Every assignee of a notary’s records who removes his office to another judicial district, unless authorized by the board of directors to keep such records there, must assign them to a notary practising in the judicial district that he is leaving or deposit them in the office of the Superior Court of such district in accordance with the provisions of this Act respecting the deposit of records.
