16. A master pipe-mechanic shall have the right to carry on his trade through a company or partnership of which he is a member; the company or partnership shall have the same rights and obligations as if he were acting individually, provided that it holds the license required by the Pipe-Mechanics Act (chapter M-7) and complies with the provisions of this act and the regulations of the Corporation. The company or partnership must be a member of the Corporation and, as such shall carry on the trade of master pipe-mechanic. The Corporation cannot require the company or partnership to have among its shareholders or members any other pipe-mechanic than the one who qualified it for the license issued by the board of examiners and for membership in the Corporation.
No member of the Corporation shall act as a prête-nom for a person who is not a member.
