12.3.1. (Repealed).

12.3.1. The Minister may dispose of any object, facility or equipment stored, within 30 days of the date of its storage, if its owner has not claimed it or if he refuses to pay the cost of removal and storage.
Where the Minister disposes of any object, facility or equipment, he is not responsible for it unless it has been sold, in which case he is responsible only for the proceeds of the sale, less the cost of removal and storage.
