319. The fines prescribed in this Act or the regulations are doubled for a second offence and tripled for a subsequent offence, without exceeding the maximum fine.

319. Every person who contravenes a provision of a regulation which it is an offence to contravene, under paragraph 31 of section 306, is liable to a fine of $75 to $1,175 in the case of an individual and of $125 to $2,325 in the case of a legal person.
In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $125 to $2,325 in the case of an individual and of $250 to $4,650 in the case of a legal person.

In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the offender is liable to a fine of $100 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $4 000 in the case of a legal person.

319. Every person who contravenes a provision of a regulation which it is an offence to contravene, under paragraph 31 of section 306, is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $50 to $1 000 in the case of an individual and of $100 to $2 000 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent offence within two years of conviction under the same provision, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $4 000 in the case of a legal person.
