317. A person who contravenes section 30.1 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $10,000 to $1,000,000 in the case of a natural person and $30,000 to $6,000,000 in any other case.

317. Every operator who contravenes any provision of sections 220 to 226 and 282 is liable to a fine of $75 to $1,175 in the case of an individual and of $125 to $2,325 in the case of a legal person.
In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, an operator is liable to a fine of $125 to $2,325 in the case of an individual and of $250 to $4,650 in the case of a legal person.

In the case of a second or subsequent conviction, an operator is liable to a fine of $100 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $4 000 in the case of a legal person.

317. Every operator who contravenes any provision of sections 220 to 226 and 282 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $50 to $1 000 in the case of an individual and of $100 to $2 000 in the case of a legal person.
For any subsequent offence within two years of conviction under the same provision, an operator is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $2 000 in the case of an individual and of $200 to $4 000 in the case of a legal person.
