6. The spouse of a person referred to in paragraph b, c, d, e, f or j of section 4 or in paragraph b or c of section 5 is also disqualified or, as the case may be, exempted from serving as a juror.

6. The consort of a person referred to in paragraph b, c, d, e, f or j of section 4 or in paragraph b or c of section 5 is also disqualified or, as the case may be, exempted from serving as a juror.
The consort of a judge of a municipal, a provincial or a federal Court is also disqualified from serving as a juror.
