41. Subject to the rights and privileges expressly granted by law to other professionals, no person may engage in any of the activities described in the second paragraph of section 36, except a nurse.
This section does not apply to activities engaged in:
(a)  by a person who is legally authorized to practise the profession of nursing outside Québec, whose contract of engagement requires him to accompany and care for a patient temporarily residing in Québec, during the period of such engagement, provided that such person does not present himself as the holder of a permit;
(b)  by a person in accordance with the provisions of a regulation adopted pursuant to paragraph h of section 94 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26);
(c)  (subparagraph repealed);
(d)  (subparagraph repealed).

41. Subject to the rights and privileges expressly granted by law to other professionals, no person may do any of the acts described in section 36, except a nurse.
This section does not apply to acts done:
(a)  by a person who is legally authorized to practise the profession of nursing outside Québec, whose contract of engagement requires him to accompany and care for a patient temporarily residing in Québec, during the period of such engagement, provided that such person does not present himself as the holder of a permit;
(b)  by a person in accordance with the provisions of a regulation adopted pursuant to paragraph h of section 94 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26);
(c)  by a person belonging to a class of persons contemplated in a regulation adopted pursuant to subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 12, provided he performs them under the conditions prescribed in the regulation;
(d)  by students as part of a training program for persons referred to in the regulation made under subparagraph a of the first paragraph of section 12.
This section does not contemplate:
(a)  persons who provide care to the sick as domestics, companions, nursery maids or domestic helpers;
(b)  persons who provide care to the members of their family.

(d)  by students as part of a training program for persons referred to in the regulation made under subparagraph a of section 12 or under section 13.
This section does not contemplate:
(a)  persons who provide care to the sick as domestics, companions, nursery maids or domestic helpers;
(b)  persons who provide care to the members of their family.
