21.5. The books and accounts of the Company shall be audited jointly every year by the Auditor General and an external auditor appointed by the Government. The remuneration of the external auditor shall be paid out of the revenues of the Company. The joint report must accompany the Company’s annual management report.
Despite the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (chapter C-65.1), the power to appoint the external auditor provided for in the first paragraph may be exercised on special conditions following an invitation to tender.
