10. (Repealed).

10. The board of directors may appoint vice-presidents, a secretary and a treasurer to the Corporation and any other officer or employee required for the current operations of the Corporation, fix their salaries or remuneration, define their functions, and retain the services of experts on such conditions as it may consider appropriate.

10. The minutes of the sittings, approved by the Commission, as well as copies or extracts certified by a member of the Commission, the secretary or a deputy secretary, shall be authentic.
