Section 168 Disposition versions

168. Every holder of a wood processing plant operating permit shall keep a register in the form, at the time and with the content determined by regulation of the Government.

The permit holder shall, each year, transmit to the Minister a certified copy of the part of the register covering the period corresponding to the calendar year in cases where the permit holder is a natural person, and to the last complete fiscal year in all other cases.

168. Every holder of a wood processing plant operating permit shall keep a register in the form, at the time and with the content determined by regulation of the Government. The register shall indicate the quantity of timber consumed according to the sources and the quantities of products manufactured.

The permit holder shall, each year, transmit a certified copy of the part of the register covering the period from the preceding 1 April to 31 March to the Minister.
