16. (Repealed).

16. A permit holder who operates a sugar bush for the commercial production of sap and who has obtained a loan under the Act to promote forest credit by private institutions (chapter C-78.1) is entitled to the renewal of his permit each year for a period corresponding to the term of the loan, so long as he complies with the conditions of his management permit and pays the prescribed dues.
