35. Every institution shall ensure that, for the teaching of the programs of studies established by the Minister, only textbooks, instructional material or categories of instructional material approved by the Minister under section 462 of the Education Act (chapter I‐13.3) are used.

35. Every institution shall ensure that, for the teaching of the programs of studies established by the Minister, only textbooks, instructional material or categories of instructional material approved by the Minister under section 462 of the Education Act (chapter I-13.3) are used, and that, if such textbooks and material are used in Catholic or Protestant moral and religious instruction, they are approved by the Catholic committee or the Protestant committee, as the case may be.
