63. The coroner may give to the owner of a seized document or object, or to the person having a right to it, a notice informing him of the time and place at which he may claim it.
Any seized object or document unclaimed within 60 days of the notice shall be entrusted to the Minister of Revenue, who shall administer it in accordance with the Unclaimed Property Act (chapter B-5.1).
