183. The sums required for the implementation of this Act are taken out of the appropriations granted annually for such purpose by Parliament.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, where a coroner conducts an investigation and, where necessary, holds an inquest into the death of a person that has occurred in a disaster in respect of which a state of emergency within the meaning of the Civil Protection Act (chapter S-2.3) was declared, the sums required for the investigation and, where necessary, the inquest, may be taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

183. The sums required for the implementation of this Act are taken out of the appropriations granted annually for such purpose by Parliament.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, where a coroner conducts an investigation and, where necessary, holds an inquest into the death of a person that has occurred in a disaster under emergency decree within the meaning of the Act respecting the protection of persons and property in the event of disaster (chapter P-38.1), the sums required for the investigation and, where necessary, the inquest, may be taken out of the consolidated revenue fund.
