164. The Government shall publish in the Gazette officielle du Québec a draft regulation contemplated in section 163, 163.1 or 163.4, with a notice indicating that it may be adopted, with or without amendments, on the expiry of 30 days from that publication.
Regulations come into force on the tenth day following that of their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date indicated therein.
