101.2. The arbitration award must state the grounds on which it is based and be rendered in writing. It must be signed by the arbitrator.

101.2. The arbitration award must state the grounds on which it is based and be rendered in writing. It must be signed by each member of the court of arbitration. If a member refuses or neglects to sign, the chairman of the court of arbitration must mention that fact in the award, and the latter has the same effect as if it had been signed by all the members.
A dissenting member may, in a separate text, give his reasons for dissent.
