66. A person may, at the termination of any disbarment for 3 months or less, apply for the certificate referred to in section 61, on payment of the dues determined by the board of directors and the contributions, if any, payable for the current year.

A person may, at the termination of any disbarment for 3 months or less, apply for the certificate referred to in section 61, on payment of the dues determined by resolution passed under subparagraph o of the first paragraph of section 86 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and the contributions, if any, payable for the current year.

66. An advocate whose name does not appear on the Roll by reason of a disciplinary penalty may, at the termination of his disbarment and subject to section 72, apply for the certificate contemplated in section 61, on payment of the penalties fixed by the by-laws.
