112. A worker who suffers an employment injury is entitled, on the presentation of vouchers, to a maximum indemnity of
(1)  $300 for the cleaning, repair or replacement of clothing damaged as a result of an industrial accident;
(2)  $300 per year for damage caused to his clothing by a prosthesis or orthesis within the meaning of the Act respecting medical laboratories and organ and tissue conservation (chapter L-0.2) the use of which is required by reason of an employment injury.

(1)  $300 for the cleaning, repair or replacement of clothing damaged as a result of an industrial accident;
(2)  $300 per year for damage caused to his clothing by a prosthesis or orthesis within the meaning of the Public Health Protection Act (chapter P-35) the use of which is required by reason of an employment injury.
