53. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised, nor any injunction granted, nor any other provisional remedy taken against the Auditor General or his employees and professionals under contract in the performance of their duties.
A judge of the Court of Appeal, on an application, may summarily annul any decision, order or injunction made or granted contrary to this section.

53. Except on a question of jurisdiction, no extraordinary recourse provided in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised, nor any injunction granted, nor any other provisional remedy taken against the Auditor General or his employees and professionals under contract in the performance of their duties.
A judge of the Court of Appeal, on a motion, may summarily annul any writ issued or any order or injunction granted contrary to this section.
